1. Acceptance of Terms  

By downloading, installing, or using the “God by Jesus” application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service  

The App allows users to create and share text posts and images. We do not collect, store, or process any personal data. All content you create within the App is stored locally on your device. Sharing of this content occurs only when you explicitly initiate it using your device’s native sharing features.

3. User Content  

You are solely responsible for any content you create or share through the App. You agree not to create or share content that is:

- Unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous;

- Invasive of another’s privacy;

- Hateful or discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, or any other protected characteristic; or

- Otherwise objectionable or in violation of any applicable laws.

We do not monitor or pre-screen user content and have no obligation to do so.

4. Sharing Content  

The App enables you to share content via other applications installed on your device. When you choose to share content, you are subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of those third-party applications. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content policies of any third-party services.

5. Intellectual Property  

You retain full ownership of any content you create using the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store your content locally on your device solely to enable the App’s core functionality.

All rights in and to the App itself—including but not limited to the source code, databases, features, software, text, and graphics—are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties  

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.  

We make no guarantees that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability  

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

- (a) Your access to or use of—or inability to access or use—the App;  

- (b) Any conduct or content of any third party;  

- (c) Any content obtained through the App; or  

- (d) Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content.

8. Modifications to Terms  

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted at: https://godbyjesus.com/terms-of-service 

Your continued use of the App following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law  

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
